As Strata’s chief executive officer, Rafael is responsible for Strata's day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s growth strategy. He founded Strata in 2014 while pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Henley Business School (UK).

Gaétan Houle is our senior security strategist based in
Montreal and Ottawa.
He has broad experience in all aspects of security risk management, including IT security, physical security, business continuity and disaster recovery, identity and access management, security governance framework development, security awareness program development and security compliance.

Marcelo is our main liaison in Latin America, providing board-level strategic advice on cyber-security matters. He led information security practices and risk departments in multi-national companies in Toronto, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Recife (the most important technology hub of northern Brazil with more than 52,000 enterprises).
